  • 30 g siung bawang putih

  • 330 g tomat (berkisar 3 tomat), potong wedges
  • 350 g air
  • 50 g wortel, iris tipis-tipis
  • 150 g kentang, potong dadu (1 cm)
  • 130 g terong, potong strip tebal
  • 120 g kuntum kembang kol
  • 1 sdt garam, sesuai selera
