  • 4 oz whole milk
  • 1 oz unsalted butter, plus extra to grease
  • 1 packet/envelope dried instant yeast (2¼ tsp)
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 ½ oz bread flour, plus extra to dust
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Assembly

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 canned peach halves, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
