Ingredients

Terrine brokoli

  • 500 g air
  • 400 g kuntum brokoli
  • mentega, untuk mengoles
  • 4 telur
  • 150 g krim, min. 30% lemak
  • 1 - 1 ½ sdt garam
  • ¼ sdt bubuk lada hitam, sesuai selera
  • 1 jumput bubuk pala

Sup krim ayam jagung

  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 140 g bawang bombai, potong bagi dua
    or 140 g bawang merah, potong bagi dua
  • 60 g mentega, potong kecil-kecil
  • 280 - 320 g biji jagung manis kalengan, ditiriskan
  • 350 - 400 g fillet dada ayam, tanpa kulit, tanpa tulang, potong kecil-kecil (3 cm)
  • 900 g air
  • 2 sdt pasta kaldu ayam, homemade
    or 2 dadu kaldu ayam (masing-masing untuk 0.5 l)
  • 1 cabai hijau segar (contoh: jalapeno), biji dibuang, dipotong (optional)
  • 200 - 300 g krim,
    or 200 - 300 g krim asam (sour cream)
  • ½ sdt garam
  • ½ sdt bubuk jinten putih
  • ½ sdt bubuk paprika manis
  • 2 sdm ketumbar segar, daun saja, dipotong
