Sopa de calamar ahumado con paprika

  • 150 g de cebolla, cortada en trozos
  • 2 ramitas de perejil fresco, sólo las hojas

  • 650 g de calamar, limpio, cortado en aros (2-3 cm), con tentáculos

  • 300 g de agua
  • ½ cdita de sal
  • 1 cdita de paprika, ahumada y molida

Crutones de pan de ajo

  • 2 dientes de ajo, pelados
  • 10 g de aceite de oliva
  • 60 g de baguette, cortado en cubos (1-2 cm)
