  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 16 oz cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 6 oz yellow onions, diced (½ in.)
  • 6 oz red bell peppers, diced (½ in.)
  • 6 oz green bell peppers, diced (½ in.)
  • 2 oz salt
  • 4 oz sugar
  • 22 oz apple cider vinegar

Deviled Eggs

  • 14 oz water
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 ½ oz unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 oz Cajun Sunshine hot pepper sauce, plus extra to season and serve
  • ½ tsp salt, plus extra to season, to taste
  • ⅛ tsp white pepper, to taste
