  • 250 - 300 g de cerezas maduras (lavadas y escurridas)
  • 30 g de mantequilla
  • 100 g de puerro (solo la parte blanca) en rodajas
  • 50 g de azúcar moreno
  • 100 g de vino dulce
  • 100 g de agua
  • 1 pellizco de sal
  • 1 pellizco de pimienta molida
  • 1 pellizco de canela molida
