  • 225 - 255 g Chinese egg noodles, dried (see tip)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces
  • 70 g bread, torn in pieces
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 15 g fresh parsley, leaves only
  • 100 g onions, quartered
  • 100 g red peppers, cut in pieces (approx. ½ large red pepper)
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 485 g milk
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 70 g dry white wine (e.g. Chardonnay)
  • 1 Tbsp chicken stock paste
  • 225 g button mushrooms, halved
  • 340 g tinned tuna, in brine (drained weight)
