  • 12 oz whole milk
  • 1 oz salted butter
  • 5 oz yellow onion, cut into pieces (approx. 1 md. onion)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 3 oz carrots, cut into rounds (¼ in.), (approx. 2 lg. carrots)
