  • 50 g brown sugar

  • 100 g rice flour (see tip)
  • 125 g glutinous rice flour
    or 125 g pudding rice flour
  • 60 g icing sugar
  • 75 g milk
  • 15 g dried fruit (e.g. raisins, apricots, peaches), cut in small pieces
  • 1000 g water
