  • Farinha q.b. p/ polvilhar

  • 30 g azeite, mais q.b. p/ regar
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 200 g espinafres descongelados, bem espremidos
  • 1 ½ c. chá de sal
  • 1 pitada de noz-moscada
  • 300 g requeijão cortado em pedaços
  • 30 ovos de codorniz
  • Água q.b. p/ cozer a massa

  • 100 g cebola
  • 35 g azeite
  • 200 g curgete cortada em pedaços
  • 100 g caldo de legumes caseiro
    or 100 g água e ¼ de cubo de caldo de legumes
  • 1 c. chá de sal
  • 1 pitada de pimenta
  • 10 g mostarda
  • 15 g coentros
  • 200 g natas
  • 100 g queijo-creme
  • ½ limão, raspa e sumo
