Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 1 orange, flesh only, deseeded and cut into quarters
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 350 g fresh mango cheeks, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
  • 400 g coconut milk
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 100 g chia seeds

Topping

  • 50 g macadamia nuts
  • 50 g raw almonds
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • ¼ - ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 120 - 150 g fresh passionfruit pulp, to serve
  • 100 - 150 g Greek-style natural yoghurt, to serve
