  • 10 g jamur shitake kering, rendam sampai lunak, potong-potong (sekitar 0,5 cm)
  • 2 sdm minyak bawang goreng

  • 250 g talas, kupas dan parut (sekitar 0,2 cm)
  • 1 ½ sdm kecap asin
  • 1 sdm arak beras
  • 3 sdm air
  • ¼ sdt garam (sesuaikan dengan selera pribadi)
  • 1 sdt gula
  • ½ sdt lada putih bubuk
  • ¼ sdt bubuk bumbu ngo hiong

Adonan Baozi

  • 50 g air
  • ½ sdt ragi kering
  • 20 g gula
  • 220 g tepung terigu serbaguna, tambahkan untuk taburan
  • ¼ sdt garam
  • 70 g susu
  • 1 sdt minyak sayur
