  • 1 ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • ¾ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 30 g freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 1 large lemon)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 25 g vegetable oil
  • 2 ½ tsp coarse sea salt
  • 85 g Greek yoghurt
  • 10 g fresh root ginger, peeled, cut in rounds (2 mm)
